Function
Sleeping rooms are for playing and of course, sleeping. In this room the children are gathered first thing in the morning and the days program is reviewed. This room provides a calm environment for activities for smaller groups such as reading books, playing board games and playing with toys.
Furniture
• Cabinet for Bed Clothes TK333
Thanks to Toika’s fold-out beds, sleeping room can be used for sleeping AND playing!
For naptime, you can simply just pull the beds out of the cabinet. When the beds are not in use, the beds can be folded back up and the room can be used for playing.
Designing Principles
Every third cabinet should be a Cabinet for Bed Clothes (TK333). This is to ensure the accessibility to both Fold-Out Bed Cabinets (TK331).
• Shelf Trolley TK62AA
800 x 400 x 860 mm. Movable shelf made of varnished birch with lockable wheels. The table top can be color-coated with high-pressure laminate. Place for 6 Wooden boxes (370 x 370 x 235 mm).
• Toy Trolley TK281 and Deck TK282
400 x 500 x 430 mm. The toy trolley is a convenient way to store toys and games. Made of varnished birch. The deck TK282 can be color-coated with high-pressure laminate.
